SHIPPING POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders of the Caddy Cam monopod placed through Upgolf. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Standard delivery for the Caddy Cam is estimated at 8 to 11 business days from the date your order is confirmed and dispatched. This estimate is provided in good faith and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, and other factors outside Upgolf's control. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

3. STOCK AVAILABILITY — MADE TO ORDER & DRAWN FROM STOCK

The Caddy Cam is fulfilled in one of two ways:

• Drawn from stock: If the Caddy Cam is available in stock, your order will be processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

• Made to order (RMX): If the Caddy Cam is not currently held in stock, it will be produced or sourced to order. In this case, additional lead time may apply before the 8–11 day delivery window begins. You will be notified of this at the time of ordering or as soon as possible thereafter.

Upgolf will communicate the applicable fulfilment method and any expected delays to you via email upon order confirmation.

4. TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor your delivery. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at orders@upgolf.co.za.

5. SHIPPING DELAYS — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Upgolf will make every reasonable effort to ensure your Caddy Cam is delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, Upgolf is not liable for any delays caused by:

• Courier or logistics provider delays
• Adverse weather conditions or natural disasters
• Public holidays or peak shipping periods
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
• Customs or import processing (where applicable)
• Any other circumstances beyond Upgolf's reasonable control (force majeure)

In the event of a significant delay, Upgolf will endeavour to notify you as soon as reasonably possible and work with the courier to resolve the matter. Where a delay is caused by Upgolf's own error, we will take steps to remedy the situation at no additional cost to you.

This limitation of liability does not affect any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESS & FAILED DELIVERIES

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Upgolf is not liable for non-delivery or delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-delivery charges may apply where a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt.

7. DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

If your Caddy Cam arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at orders@upgolf.co.za. We will liaise with the courier on your behalf and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, Upgolf will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
